Who Built vairee — Professional Digital Twins
vairee is built by Barbora Jenšík — founder of Recberry, a talent-acquisition consulting firm focused on scalable, data-driven hiring for growing companies.
Why vairee exists
After 20+ years on both sides of hiring — across Skype, Avast, Barclays, Kiwi.com, and thousands of interviews — Barbora built vairee to replace opaque résumé-keyword matching with professional digital twins: active digital identities that negotiate career fit anonymously, 24/7, without applications.
The hiring system was designed for paper documents. Generative AI layered on top of Applicant Tracking Systems does not fix the workflow — it accelerates its failures. Research published in the vairee research framework documents how LLM screening penalises non-conformant innovators while rewarding keyword-optimised CVs.
vairee inverts that model: twins negotiate before humans meet. Identity stays hidden until both sides confirm fit through the handshake protocol.
What else Barbora builds
Beyond vairee, Barbora also builds valkyra (child online safety for parents) and RecruitShield (rigorous hiring workflows). All three share a conviction: technology should surface real signal, not amplify noise.
